Westmont Rd Park

Some parks don't show up on any map or list (maybe they are private). This small park has a playhouse, spring toy, teeter-totter, swings, and basketball court.  It is located on Westmont Rd in the 700 block in Montecito off Sycamore Canyon Road.

Pros
There is a fun playhouse with a ladder to climb to the second story.
There are not a lot of parks in this area. 
Much of the park is shady. 

Cons
No bathrooms.
The playhouse is taller for the youngest climbers.
